Complaints Procedure

If you need to make a complaint, please submit your complaint in writing to hello@maritimebelfast.com, giving as many details as you can. This will be reviewed by the Chief Executive, who will respond within 14 working days.

If you are not happy with the Chief Executive’s response, then the next stage is to make an appeal to our Board of Trustees. Please submit this in writing to hello@maritimebelfast.com. We will endeavour to respond within 28 working days.
