Belfast Historic Waterfront Welcomes Families for a Week of Fleadh Fun
The Maritime Mile is alive with entertainment, music and family activities for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, 2nd– 9th August. As the city celebrates a week of music and culture, the waterfront will be a welcoming place for locals and visitors to go the extra mile, take in the sights and sounds, learn about the heritage of Belfast and enjoy a bit of craic along the way.
A jam packed programme of events and activities are taking place-
- Landmark Mini Gold- A playful 9-hole mini golf course, inspired by attractions across Northern Ireland, celebrating the sights, scenery and stories that make our region special. The experience also includes classic carnival games.
- Pop up Movie Night- Enjoy a screening of La La Land at Hamilton Dock, beside SS Nomadic. Bring the friends along for an evening by the waterfront and watch the film in a unique open-air setting. Limited tickets available, click here
- Galeón Andalucía is docked on Queens Quay, offering visitors the opportunity to step aboard this impressive 55 meter, six deck, Spanish galleon. Explore the decks and learn more about life aboard the ships that once traveled between continents and played a role in global exploration.
- Live music and food in Titanic Belfast’s Grand Atrium, Hickson’s Point and late nights on board the SS Nomadic.
